The “Seiko-an” tea room is located within the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai’i (JCCH) and has served as an important base of operations for the Hawai’i Branch since its opening in 1991.Seiko-an is located on the 4th floor, rooftop level of the Japanese Cultural Center, with a Japanese garden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
